Supporting Women Through Life's Transitions with Compassion & Authenticity
I understand that life is filled with seasons of growth, uncertainty, change, and rediscovery. My practice is rooted in supporting women across all stages of lifeāfrom navigating identity, relationships, and career transitions to pregnancy, postpartum experiences, neurodivergence, and healing your relationship with food and your body.
I am particularly passionate about working with women who have spent years feeling at war with themselves through chronic dieting, body dissatisfaction, perfectionism, binge eating, people-pleasing, or self-criticism. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life guided by your values rather than external expectations.

Individual counselling offers a supportive space to explore whatever is bringing you to therapy. Together, we can work through challenges such as:
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based approaches including:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Polyvagal-informed practices, Self-compassion approaches, Strengths-based and person-centred therapy.
Rather than focusing on "fixing" you, therapy is about understanding your experiences, building trust in yourself, and developing tools that support meaningful and sustainable change.
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, allowing you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Book Individual SessionMany women spend years feeling misunderstood before recognizing how ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence may be impacting their lives.
Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are exploring your experiences, counselling can help you better understand your unique brain and develop practical strategies that support your daily life.
My approach blends practical coaching strategies with self-compassion and nervous system awareness, helping you move away from constantly trying to fit into systems that weren't designed for you and toward creating supports that work with your natural strengths.
Schedule ConsultationHealing your relationship with food and your body is about much more than eating behaviours.
Many women have spent years receiving messages that their worth is tied to their appearance, weight, productivity, or ability to control food. Together, we can explore how these messages have shaped your experiences and begin building a more compassionate and flexible relationship with yourself.
My approach is weight-inclusive, non-judgmental, and rooted in respect for your lived experience.
Request ConsultationPregnancy, fertility journeys, postpartum adjustment, and motherhood can bring immense change. While these experiences can be meaningful and joyful, they can also bring uncertainty, grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and increased vulnerability around body image and self-worth.
You do not have to navigate these transitions alone.
